Greenwashing becomes illegal

From 27th March 2026, EU member states are required to transpose EU Directive 2024/825 (Empowering Consumers for the Green Transition) into their own law. This means that, from 27th March 2026, calling your product "eco-friendly" in the EU without proof is becomes illegal. Here's what that means for your money.
